Texas Biz Funding helps US-based operating businesses get funding. Funding may be provided by Merchant Fund Express or its funding partners. Funding products may include working capital, equipment financing, lines of credit, term loans, revenue-based financing, and SBA loans.
To use our services, you must: (a) be a business owner or authorized representative of a US-based operating business, (b) be at least 18 years old, (c) have a business with valid EIN operating legally in the United States, (d) meet the minimum qualification requirements posted on this site, which may include minimum monthly revenue, time in business, and credit score requirements.
Your application is subject to underwriting review. Approval and terms vary based on your business, revenue, credit profile, and banking history. Application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
Funding partner. Our funding partner, Merchant Fund Express, handles the funding requests submitted through Texas Biz Funding, reviewing each one and presenting the available options. Submitting an application means you agree that Merchant Fund Express may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request. All funding is subject to review and approval.
You certify that all information provided is true, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information may result in application denial, termination of service, and potential legal action.
If approved, specific terms (amount, rate, term length, payment structure, total cost) will be provided in your written offer document. Accept terms only after fully reviewing. There is no obligation to accept any offer.
Repayment terms are specified in your accepted offer. ACH authorization for repayment is typically required. Late or missed payments may result in fees and credit reporting. Default may result in collection activity.
Texas Biz Funding is not liable for: (a) funding decisions, (b) consequences arising from your use of funds, (c) site interruptions or technical failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Site content (text, graphics, code, design) is the property of Texas Biz Funding. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
